From @Home to Comcast.net
Since late last year I and thousands of others have been caught up in the switch over from @Home to Comcast.net. The experience has not been entirely satisfactory and without trouble. A technician told me recently to keep a log of my problems and the days when my system was down and I could ask for some credit at the end of the month.This is good to know and may be of help to someone else, but it is secondary to the principal issue of having fast and reliable internet service.
